community located on the western border of Ventura County, and is a horse
lover's community with many of the present properties having extensive horse
facilities. The parcels are often large, mostly over an acre and the homes are

built in this community. Shopping, employment and entertainment are all a fair
drive away, which is part of the appeal. Bell Canyon is located close to Hidden
Hills, Calabasas, and Woodland Hills. Calabasas is definitely the most urban of
these areas, and Hidden Hills the most exclusive. Bell Canyon is a little further
from the 101 freeway that Hidden Hills, and this has contributed to the fact
that home prices are a little less expensive than other areas of Ventura
